With over 20 years of experience, Marcelo Lopez leads the firm’s Dry Utility Division, and Civil Engineering across select sectors.  His experience includes Higher Education, Mixed-use, Office, Multi-family, Civic + Cultural, and Transportation development.  Lopez’s oversees the design of utility systems, stormwater management facilities, low impact and sustainable design, erosion and sediment controls, traffic control plans, Stage 1 and 2 of Planned Unit Development, easements and preliminary/final condominium plat and plans.   He has extensive experience with projects requiring compliance with federal, state, and local agencies, including DOT (Department of Transportation), Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA), DCWater and DOEE (Department of Energy and Environment).
