Wiles Mensch Corporation – DC (WM) provided conceptual landscape architecture design services for two parks located in the Mount Vernon Triangle District of Northwest Washington DC. The parks are tied to a larger redevelopment initiative by the district to improve the neighborhood. The project involved tying redevelopment of a new mixed-use building to public amenities on I Street, and Massachusetts Ave. The park concept provided by WM features a mixture of interactive and passive spaces that engage the users of the new, neighboring mixed-use building and the surrounding community as a whole.
