Wiles Mensch Corporation – DC (WM) is providing dry utility engineering services for the development of a new 36,540 SF dining hall facility located on Catholic University’s campus. The new, two-story Dining Commons will provide food service and seating for 500, and a new location for the Center for Academic and Career Success. Dry utilities services being provided by WM include site assessment and conceptual planning with campus power, and relocation and rerouting for campus power and telecommunication providers. WM is also responsible for coordinating dry utilities with Washington Gas. Construction administration for dry utility services are also planned.
