Wiles Mensch Corporation – DC (WM) is providing surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the new Delta Towers in Northeast DC. The housing complex will include 179 affordable residential units for seniors and 18 permanent supportive housing units. The development is also slated to feature a courtyard, 5,000 SF of ground-floor retail space, and 5,100 SF of community space throughout the building.

WM’s scope of services includes ALTA, survey to mark, boundary, topographic, and utility surveys; and preparation of REA exhibits. Civil engineering scope of work ranges from schematic design to permit drawings, including public streetlight plans, traffic control plans, and EISF coordination. The civil team is also responsible for participating in Green Design Charrettes.

The WM landscape team is providing services from schematic design through construction administration, and is also responsible for GAR coordination and technical approvals.
