The new multifamily residential building required various landscape features including a courtyard, rooftop terrace, and residential streetscape elements. The design intent for the project was to encourage social gathering opportunities through the use of community gardens, bar and grilling areas, lawns, and focal fireplace features while also responding to the existing design aesthetic.
