Wiles Mensch Corporation – DC (WM) provided surveying, and civil engineering services for the new Parkside Health Care Center in Washington, DC. The health center replaced an aging and deteriorated clinic with upgraded facilities housing primary and urgent care service providers to serve the community. The new facility includes family practice clinics, a pharmacy, laboratory space, a dental suite, wellness center, administrative space, and a walk-in-clinic. The site also includes a two-level below-grade parking garage, and a sustainable green roof.

WM provided surveying services including survey to mark, subdivision, stake-out, ALTA, topographic, and utility surveys. Civil engineering services included sediment and erosion control plans, LEED Design, Planned Unit Design (PUD), and EISF coordination.

The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
