Wiles Mensch Corporation – DC (WM) provided surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture for multiple phases for the MetroTowns at Parkside project. The project includes 83 for-sale townhomes and 42 rental units as part of the Parkside development in Ward 7. This $33 million project is a mixed-income residential neighborhood including a community park and playground.
WM provided surveying for the site, as well as two phases of civil and landscape services.
