WM provided a full fleet of design services for the new men’s shelter, located on the historic St. Elizabeth’s campus. WM conducted a boundary, topographic, and utility survey to confirm existing conditions. Additionally, WM provided full civil engineering design services including stormwater management design, traffic control plans, and civil site design through construction administration. Landscape design featured numerous bio-retentions and approximately 40,000 SF of green roof to meet stormwater management requirements. Planting plans for the site feature native and adaptive plants to survive without a permanent irrigation system.
