Wiles Mensch Corporation – DC (WM) is providing surveying and civil engineering services for the redevelopment of the Whitman Walker Health Clinic in Northwest Washington, DC. The project incorporates the conversion of both the historic health center and neighboring Belmont Garage into one mixed-use facility.

The development features 78 residential units and 20,000 SF of ground-floor retail and restaurants. The project also includes 60,000 SF of office space, a first-level cultural center, and below-grade parking. A boardwalk-style outdoor space, with public seating and artwork will also be featured.

WM’s scope of services include topographic, utility, and land title surveys; schematic design, grading, stormwater management, and EISF coordination. The facility is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification.
