With over 10 years of experience, Will Lattanzio leads the firm’s Civil Engineering Division across select sectors.  His expertise includes K-12, Government, Mixed-use, Office, and Sports + Entertainment development.  Lattanzio oversees the design of utility systems, stormwater management facilities, BMPs, culverts, roadways, Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, terrain modeling, floodplain studies and grading plans. He has extensive experience with projects requiring compliance with federal, state, and local agencies, including Departments of Environmental Services (DES) throughout the Mid-Atlantic, the District of Columbia Department of Energy & Environment (DOEE), and the National Park Service (NPS).
